If you want to build a bigger chest fast, if your pecs are a weak body part, or you’ve hit a plateau in your chest development, this chest workout program is a technique you can use on rare occasions to shock your body into growth. This is a high intensity bodybuilding workout guaranteed to pack on slabs of muscle after just 3-4 workouts. Be warned though, it’s for advanced bodybuilders only, no beginners!

Massive Shoulders in Minutes

June 25, 2008 by Sean Nalewanyj 3 Comments

Many serious lifters will argue that underneath clothes, muscular shoulders make the greatest contribution toward the overall appearance of the upper body. The three muscles that make up the deltoids can be stimulated in the gym using two different movements: an overhead press and a raise. Can it be that simple though, and can your shoulder workout be completed in less than 15 minutes. The answer is yes.

Front Squats For Big Quads

June 23, 2008 by Tom Venuto 2 Comments

The best mass building exercises are always the ones that nobody wants to do, and front squats are no different. They’re one of the best quad builders because they introduce an additional level of challenge. Front squats require flexibility, technique, and core strength because the bar must be held and balanced on the front of the shoulders. As such, the front squat does everything the back squat does and more.

Where Did You Go?

I've went poof on this website in about 2007. Frankly, I just got sick of writing. I've been on an extended break. Got married, been traveling, working on other people's websites and not my own. I became fascinated with permaculture and have turned my yard into a food forest. I'll be back soon with new direction for this site.
