Knowing and doing are such enemies. At this point in my life, ridding sugar from my diet in as many forms as possible is my goal. I’ve learned that it lends to osteoporosis (just broke my lower leg) as well as encouraging other diseases and ailments.

I LIKE sugar (sucrose). Problem is the food industry is putting high fructose corn syrup in everything instead of sugar. They do it because its a heavily subsidized product but it also ruins the flavor of foods. I’m not a candy addict but I refuse to use artificial sweeteners. My body is not meant to be a guinea pig for the weight loss industry.
