There are no accidents as this is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. My intention is to focus on this rule for the next 21 days and make sure that I get my first 3 meals in before 3. I totally agree with the 5 to 6 small meals a day along with an increase in cardio and weight training as being the best way to burn fat. The idea is to increase metabolism through regular eating every 3 to 4 hours along with an increase in exercise.
