Fit For Life - The Weight Loss Forum
sdmmike is a registered member of my
weight loss forum and posted this thread about him starting the
Harvey Diamond Fit For Life program. He figures that he's one of the lucky ones and won't go through the "cleanse" process.
I started the Fit for Life program on Sunday of this week. Right now I'm in the middle of day 4 and I feel great. I haven't had any of the detox symptoms yet; maybe I'll be one of the lucky ones and avoid them.
The only problem I am having so far is that I seem to be very tired in the mornings. We've done a pretty good job of sticking to the diet, but for some reason I've had a harder time getting out of bed in the morning. Has anyone else out there experienced that? Is this normal?
I answered his post, which was intended to be a quick one, but turned into a book report about cleansing symptoms, what happens when you quit smoking (as far as toxicity goes) and more. Read my sdmmike's

Harvey Diamond, Fit For Life co Author Live Interview
Harvey Diamond, the fellow who was responsible for the start of my 300 pound weight loss agreed to do an interview with me and we completed it on Monday morning. Most of my interviews are one hour long, but
Harvey Diamond agreed to go on for another half and hour so he could completely answer subscribers questions and cover the material having to do with food combining and freedom from pain.
Harvey and I spoke about
food combining (natural hygiene) which was first written about in Fit For Life back in the 80’s. We discussed the effects it has had on his health and the many others who’ve read his books Fit For Life, Fit For Life 2, the Fit For Life Solution and his latest Living Without Pain. We talked about some myths regarding consuming fruit properly, eating nothing but fruit for the first four hours of your day, the importance of strengthening of the immune system and even how bodybuilders can build quality muscle on a vegetarian diet.
Harvey Diamond taught me about
food combining and about how the body uses food. I had no idea at the time that we could change how we ate and affect how we felt and the results we got. I find that I quote Harvey all the time and it’s just become a part of me.
Because of
Harvey Diamond, I quit smoking, quit drinking coffee, began juicing, began walking and basically turned my life around.
