Big Give Health and Fitness Challenge
I love giving away things as much as I love getting things for free. My good friend Scott Tousignant, aka "The Fit Bastard" is in a really great mood (the secret is that he's always in a great mood) and he wants to give away his products to one lucky winner.Recently Scott and his wife Angie went through a transformation of their own and both achieved 6 Pack Abs. They used the methods that he teaches in his Fit Chic and Fit bastard workouts along with a good sensible eating program.
As a result their lives have changed dramatically...
This is Scott before he started his transformation

Before
And this is he and his wife after their fitness program was complete.

After
As he says, their lives changed dramatically….
They're relationship has risen to a new level, they can keep up with their 2 young children, their business has grown, their confidence has skyrocketed, and they have an overwhelming zest for life.
The best part...
They are willing to do whatever it takes so you can experience these same wonderful feelings and emotions that they are going through.
As a friend and follower of my website, you have the opportunity to win all 3 of the incredible fat-loss products that Scott & Angie used to achieve 6 Pack Abs.

Have you considered the issue of prevention. I don't know if you read the article like http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2002/04/17/cattle1.aspx It talks about how the beef that we eat is raised...I believe it to be horifiying that the American people are being fed this crap and the government wont stop it. The Europian countries have put a ban on such meat but Americans eat it without many of them realizing what they eat. I appologize for such a long winded comment, but would weight loss be as much of an issue if we avoided food are Genetically Modified?
Serj, yes of course.
Not everyone has prevented it though and taking action on getting rid of the weight is as much a requirement as prevention.
Yes, I am very much aware of the state of beef in North America.
While the US subsidizes corn, and the farmers produce more of it than they can use, they have to find uses for it.
Factory farms are one of those places.
Unfortunately, cows, designed for grass are now force fed corn, which the cannot digest.
I suggest anyone to read "The Omnivore's Dilema by NY Times author Michael Pollan.
Find out the truth about where your meat comes from.
Thanks for the comment Serj
I would reallylike to try this, in fact right now I'd try about anything! I have had 2 kids and weigh over 200lbs. When I got married, I was 150lb, and was fairly fit (I farmed). I had a bad car accident, and had to take medication that completely WRECKED my metabolism. I have gotten down to 175, but then gained it back again. I know I eat the wrongs things, and too much of them, but I need someone to help kep me motivated!! I am always the motivator, but dont'recieve it myself. HELP ME!!
Julie
