These pictures are comparing apples and oranges. Arnold has a history of steriod use and smokes cigars and lives the movie star lifestyle. That's going to age anyone. I appreciate the merits of a raw food diet, the foods contain high enzyme levels. But this doesn't exclude animal protein. There is no long lived culture on record that were vegans. They all consumed some sort of animal protein, often raw, but still animal. Humans best absorb the important fat soluble vitamins (A,D & K) from animal products.
This is hilarious. Well, that stress the importance to have balance protein diet from both animal source and plant source.
And I think Arnold use some drugs to build his muscles and exercise less, that's why his muscles shrink. Just my opinion. :)
@drail - or it's just a really shitty picture of Arnold (maybe?)
say it ain't so Arnie! stunning if true.
people in denial, because they're too lazy, stupid and scared of eating fresh fruits and veggies.
well, it's their bodies.
Or maybe, Misser Tudball, these people are simply pointing out that this example of Arnold Schwarzenegger is selectively biased and not a representative sample.
To call people "lazy, stupid and scared" demonstrates the sanctimony and bigotry for which vegetarians and vegans are often reviled.
