In 1990 Rob weighed 475 pounds and was able to burn almost 300 lbs of fat in just two and a half years. Rob does weight management coaching from his office
in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Rob's diet is based on a "System Specific Organic Whole Food" line of foods along with various
fat burning, muscle building tips from Tom Venuto. Tom's Philosophy is very similar
to Rob's and he's happy to recommend them
Rob is currently using the Seven Minute Muscle Workout program.

I saw this Hawaii chair before. Totally insane. There are so many stupid fitness fads and gimmicks out there there serve no purpose but to take people's money and give them false hopes.
Ha ha!! That's absolutely classic. Take the work out of a workout.... Just another fad that will make the marketers a fortune from poor suckers who want a magic quick fix
Ha ha!! magic :( i don't understan this
I can't believe they'd even BOTHER trying to pull one over on us like that!
The sad thing is people have probably bought them too :S
Oh My God. better off trying the Cabbage Soup Diet
I know what you mean, the cabbage soup diet is just as much a joke, however...
I'm more against guessing with the foods you put in your body than doing some sort of "Hawaii Chair" exercise.
At least the Hawaii chair isn't doing any harm.. (with the exception of your wallet)
I can see how it would definitly keep you moving to burn some calories, but get real. Your still going to eat/drink. I know the way to lose weight is to watch your intake along with exercise that's why I prefer to drink shakes and lose weight than try a chair. Try my way at www.briasweightloss.com
Of all the ridiculous things Ive seen! I can't believe someone would buy that junk! If I was caught using that at my office I would probably get fired. Check out my blog, I review weight loss products

It looks fun to me...
LOL That's nuts.
you know what's nuts FatMan is that I just saw this thing on TV yesterday while I was doing cardio.
I didn't hear the show, but I saw a bunch of people using them on Ellen while some guy was preparing what looked like a Hawaiian meal of some sort.
I dont have the details, but I swear it was the Hawaiian chair.
UNBELIEVABLE
