I Got My Polar F11 Heart Rate Monitor

A few months ago, I mentioned that Polar was sending me a heart rate monitor and a subscription to podfitness.com so that I could do a review.

After 2 months, I'm excited to say that my brand new Polar F11 is in my hot little hands.

I've done a brief overview of it to get it configured but I can't wait to give it a full trial and then report back over the upcoming months.

I'm curious to see what sort of heart rate I train at and then monitor it enough to kick my training up a notch.

Expect my Polar F11 heart rate monitor review to be ongoing.

Rob Coopers Fat burning tips In 1990 Rob weighed 475 pounds and was able to burn almost 300 lbs of fat in just two and a half years. Rob does weight management coaching from his office in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Rob's diet is based on a "System Specific Organic Whole Food" line of foods along with various fat burning, muscle building tips from Tom Venuto. Tom's Philosophy is very similar to Rob's and he's happy to recommend them
