What did the golf ball on the string teach Tom about what really matters?
[Rob's Note:] I think getting hung up on the past, what we were, what we used to do, be or have can get us down. It's not about what happened yesterday, last week, month or year, but about what we choose to do today and tomorrow that makes us who we really are.
I've fallen into this trap and beat myself up good a number of times.

I'm looking forward to what today brings. Getting to the gym today, getting out for my walk today, eating great whole food meals today, drinking plenty of distilled water today.
I'm focusing on today and tomorrow so that I can become my best today.
