Should Your Focus Be Health

Could our focus on health be undermining the very fabric of our world?

Listen this week as Doctor Tom, Director of the Nutrition Treatment Center, and I present the antidote to "health."

I'll tell you, this caught my attention and after listening to it for the first minute, I was becoming quite opposed to Shawn's position thinking "what the hell is he talking about?"

however, when it comes right down to it, I agree with his position. It's not just about focusing on health, but also on his other "secret ingredient" to fully complete the picture.

Rob Coopers Fat burning tips In 1990 Rob weighed 475 pounds and was able to burn almost 300 lbs of fat in just two and a half years. Rob does weight management coaching from his office in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Rob's diet is based on a "System Specific Organic Whole Food" line of foods along with various fat burning, muscle building tips from Tom Venuto. Tom's Philosophy is very similar to Rob's and he's happy to recommend them
