[Rob's Note:] This is so important that you should not only be eating this within the first hour, but every 3 hours all day long. This builds on the audio clip from a few weeks ago where Tom Bilella discussed the , eating 3 meals by 3 pm. It's a good plan to follow. The tip that Tom and Shawn talk about here was a defining moment in my life.

It's simple. Follow this rule, burn more fat!

Rob Coopers Fat burning tips In 1990 Rob weighed 475 pounds and was able to burn almost 300 lbs of fat in just two and a half years. Rob does weight management coaching from his office in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Rob's diet is based on a "System Specific Organic Whole Food" line of foods along with various fat burning, muscle building tips from Tom Venuto. Tom's Philosophy is very similar to Rob's and he's happy to recommend them

protein, its an amazing thing. i drink 3 to 4 protein shakes a day sometimes. great advice.

WEIGHT CAN BE LOST AND GOOD BODY CAN BE OBTAINED BY COMBINING 3 ACTIVITIES:
1>CARDIO EXERCIES(jogging,running,cycling,swimming,etc)
2>WEIGHTLIFTING(working out muscles of the body)
3>EATING HEALTHY NATURAL LOW FAT FOODS(eggs,chicken,fish,nuts,milk,turkey,etc)
4>PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT(whey protein,egg protein)

More or less correct ShareKing, except for the milk part. Milk as you know is from cows and is not really intended for the human body.

also, what we eat depends on a few variables and to just lump everyone into the same body types or metabolic types can lead to taking a healthy person out of balance and creating dis-ease.

we're much better off learning our inner biochemisty, then eating according to our own body's needs rather than just a "general" food program
