Changes Unfolding At Former Fat Guy dot Com

The Emperor is gifted with the skills to successfully lead others.

He can turn chaos into order, provide structure to that which is unbound. He is quick of mind and confident in his power and right to rule, and does so in a just manner.

Although stern by nature, he truly is the ultimate father figure. He will provide as needed, teach those with unanswered questions, protect the vulnerable and set and maintain boundaries.

His perfect world runs on schedule and is free of any disturbances. What the Emperor must be wary of is setting boundaries and rules where none are needed. If he isn’t, he may well become a tyrant.

My intention is to have Tom Dooly of be a contributor. Tom was also on The Secret

My intention is to have from The Secret write about lowering stress levels. Lowering or removing stress has such a huge impact on your weight loss program, your relationships and your life in general.

Blush, from my forum will be journaling her weight loss and fitness journey. She's a 27 year old mother of 4 children and if she can do it, so can you. She will be a regular guest writer journaling her ups, downs, wins and results with everyone as she makes her way to a fitter and healthier her (and even bring her kids along for the ride).

I am so excited about what is about to unfold.

In essence, it will be "our" blog our "your" blog.. your community of like minded people who want to experience lasting change in their life. To take action on their weight loss once and for all. To take action and become fitter, to learn about foods, to learn about how to eat healthy on a budget and to become unstoppable.

Then to balance things out, learn about becoming a better partner for your mate. A more Masculine man for your woman and a more Feminin woman for your man. To create a better relationship so that you can lower relationship stress, get support from your partner and live more passionate lives.

Rob's diet is based on a "System Specific Organic Whole Food" line of foods along with various fat burning, muscle building tips from Tom Venuto. Tom's Philosophy is very similar to Rob's and he's happy to recommend them
