Harvey Diamond Fit For Life Author Interview Available


Harvey Diamond is the author of Fit for Life, Fit for Life 2, Fit for Life Solution, among others and has just released his newest book Living Without Pain. We talk about natural health, food combining, living without pain, improving digestion, the trouble with dairy products and on and on.

Harvey Diamond was instrumental in my transformation from 475 down to 187 and I thank him so much for his time.

I spent the day doing my normal training routines. Got up and went for a run this morning and ran a couple flights of stairs. I’m testing a new secret device so wanted to test it out before I begin to talk about it too much. Details later, but the hype is pretty good and I’ve already gotten some very cool results and noticed some things.

It’s not a supplement and it does not enter the body, that’s all I’m saying for now.

Did my shoulder workout this afternoon and that went very well too. Tomorrow is legs.

Then I decided that I’ve been procrastinating about this Harvey Diamond interview for too long. What I want to do is create and edit the actual web pages the Harvey Diamond interview is going to go on first.. a whole new look as it were. I have that begun, but I want to get things just right so have been delaying doing the work on the interview.

Harvey Diamond’s voice in the interview is a bit low and I needed to go through it and boost it as best I could and I believe I did so. I’ve been listening to it and there were a couple of places I seemed to have missed, but for the most part it’s not too bad. (funny, a Canadian saying… I could say “its pretty good”, but instead we Canadians tend to say “not too bad”.

Harvey was able to stay on for a full hour and a half interview and I thank him for that.

I’ve split it into three parts so you can listen to a half hour at a time in case you get interrupted at work, or by the kids or whatever.

Outstanding interview.

I'm going to have to pick up copies of some of Mr. Diamond's books.

The information sounded like it made a great deal of common sense and yet it was radically different from what we usually read and hear from health professionals.
