Day 4 I think and Los Angeles Picture with Wanda and Rosie

Alright, got in a single anyway.

Back was still bugging me this morning, but I did get to the gym to get in a shoulder workout so that was good.

Tomorrow morning my club’s fitness boot camp is on and I’m out for a 1.5 hour training camp. Looking forward to it, but not the hour. I have to get up at 5 am so I can have my cup of morning Calli and then be there by 6 am when it starts.

Today’s picture is from July when I was in LA for a Sunrider Convention. Here we are after the galla and we’re heading across the street for some food.
