Alas, I found the answer... to about a gazillion emails asking me about exercise for the lay person.

Look, I promote exercise as a very primitive need of the body. I work out very hard myself and I really enjoy it. I'm a Kapha body type and I enjoy very physically demanding workouts.

not everyone is like me.. but we still all need exercise. Like I said, it's a very basic need.
