Recipe from Jay Cutler
Jay Cutler the bodybuilder (297 contest weight) eats 11 to 15 times a day. Lots of egg whites in there too, go have a look at his nutrition outline.Jay is coming here to Edmonton for an appearance in Febuary and I'm going to go out and meet him.

Kerry's Special Fat Free Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 cups Old Fashion Oats
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
Optional:
1/4 cup I Can't Believe Its Not Butter
1 cup Raisins
1 Banana
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. You may add more applesauce if mixture is too dry. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by rounded tablespoon to PAM greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown. Enjoy!
Robs note: Now I would make a couple of substitutions... like stevia instead of the sugar and something for the applesauce, but I'm not sure what yet.
I've been reading a lot about eggs and will create a whole section on it shortly, but in my reading, found this other recipe for a great burito.
Isaac's Costa Rican Burrito.
3/4 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of brown rice
1/2 cup of whole beans (or black)
Roll into whole wheat tortillas
MC Hammer's salsa
YUMMY!
Rob's note: I love eggs, buritos, salsa and tortillas, so I'm going to try this very soon. Hadn't thought about adding eggs to my burritos.
