Today is an overfeeding day for me. I have to eat 6000 calories or more and it's quite the challenge. It's funny.... trying to explain why I'm overfeeding to people who know me as being so health conscious and usually think in terms of diet.

I am very aware of the "monkey see, monkey do" rule and know that people will duplicate what I'm doing so I feel that I have to defend myself or at the very least explain what I'm doing.

Anyway, I have to go eat again. This time it'll be lots and lots of chinese food, bagels and humus.

So what is this overfeeding all about?

I also do it sometimes and I 've observed emperically that my weight gets reduced in the next few days. I don't know how it works but thats how it is.
