Very nice.  Glad to have you on board and doing both Fat Loss Fundamentals AND doing some bodyweight exercise along with it.

If you're just getting back into it, consider spreading it out over the day rather than all at once.

Also committed to doing daily crunches, at least 25. What I'm aiming to do is the pushups, squats and crunches a couple of times per day in a few weeks. I know myself and my tendency to push too far too fast and then burn out. Laugh
