This challenge is for those already used to some body weight exercises for the lower body. You may have already been doing the 25 squats a day challenge and want to kick things up a notch and go for it.
This is the place to do it.
Your goal is to do 100 squats on any given day, and then do that 3 times a week.
You can do this in as many sets as you like. ie: 4 sets of 25 over a day, 10 sets of 10, 2 sets of 50 or however you like, but they must be done on a single given day.
Ideally, for best results, you would want to work up to a point where you're doing all 100 bodyweight squats in a given workout time frame such as 15 to 30 minutes, but the fact that you've started is to be complimented in itself.
When you've taken on this challenge, come back here and enter your dates and squat numbers.

I went to the gym yesterday so didn't do squats. 45 x2 + 10 = 100 Today!

I am acknowledging that I did not do any squats since my last post. I let life get in the way of my commitment. Today I got back to it and did 180 rowing squats in 12 min.

Hey Guys did the 100, hurt but did it, now whats the best way to do this, just power through them, or hold for 3 secs when at lowest point????,also @onesmartcookie rowing squats? like the sound off them,please explain
