It took a total of 3 months and 9 days to do 10,000 pushups (our first challenge) and a few days short of 9 months to complete the 25,000 pushups challenge here, so at the request of UtedogNorm, I've created this 30,000 pushup challenge.

Lets shoot for the same time frame or better, 9 months or less.

we could do more pushups, or best bet, recruit new members to do more pushups.

Norm, i'd like to encourage you to take on the “how long does it take to do 100 pushups” challenge and the “how many pushups can you do in 2 minutes” challenge.

Speed pushups provide volume in a short period of time, much like Seven Minute Muscle.

The Volume is amazing

and it's fun to push yourself on both challenges with short rest periods.

I'm up for rechallenging my own numbers here soon too.

Yes rob,i was mildly concerned about the rest periods for my pushups,on a 300 day i might do a 100 in the morning, sets of 25 then do 5 mins on a cross trainer (100 cals) until iget to the 100 mark, then in the evening i  do sets of between 35 and 40 with whatever length rest break, dependswhat im doing at home,so yes i should vary myself
