and I did 100 yesterday as well. I did 50 while warming up on the treadmill, then at the end of my workout, I did 100 round house kicks to the heavy bag in intervals of 20 (10 each leg) with 10 pushups and then 10 kettlebell swings following the kicks.
4550 + 100 = 4650

Did 80 yesterday. Twas during my workout and I kinda got beat up in the upper body before finishing up the pushups. I was pretty wiped out and sore as hell today.

Did 100 today at the gym in 7 sets
I do 10 pushups every minute while warming up on the treadmill. This warms up my upper body while I'm simply “warming up”, so 5 sets of 10 for 50 pushups.
Then I did 28 pushups during my workout routine. A ladder setup, which included pushups.
Then I finished off with 22 pushups after all was said and done to bring the number up to 100 even
5627+100=5727
