Did 100 today.  Took a bunch of effort too after not doing them for 6 weeks.  Glad I took it on though.

sets were 30, 20, then 5 sets of 10.

2988 + 100 + 3088

Today was my first workout in 6 weeks, so am just getting back into the swing of things again.

Did 100 on Sunday, sets of 10 while doing a walking warmup for 5 sets.  Every minute on the treadmill, I'd pause, get off and do 10 pushups.  Then finished out the workout with 50 for a total of 100.

3288 + 100 = 3388

then today, did the same 50 pushups (10 at a time while warming up on the treadmill) followed by 32 more during my actual workout using the Combat the Fat workout for a total of 82

3388 + 82 = 3470

EtownPlaya – so add the 60 to the running total

It's a running total – all people participating add to the total.

and I did 70 this morning.  I met John Stock coming into the gym as I was leaving and he asked if I was doing nose to floor pushups.  I'm not.  However, I'm going to begin doing nose to floor to change up my training again. 

I've been doing partial pushups on the advice of my trainer, but I'm going to add at least 50 nose to floor pushups on my pushup days (with the exception of today, which I did 30 nose to floor)

3885 + 70 = 3955
