will be starting fresh with the 7 minute muscle next monday after finally working out what was going on with it,read the book once and it sounded very complicated and confusing so i started reading it again then remembered the videos so i tracked them down and they explained everything perfectly,so hopefully i'll be too sore to do pushups next week.

Norm, you are a machine. Well done.
We started Sept 15th 2008 and it took a little short of 9 months to complete 25,000 pushups.
I'll be closing this thread down now. Lets have a look at the other challenges for a bit and then start another one.

It was when I started 7 Minute Muscle that my pushups began to slow down. Doing 250 pushups after the chest workout is near impossible.
then with my wrist getting a little buggered up, I wanted to save it for the 7 Minute Muscle workouts, so slowed down in pushup contributions here.
I want to get back to them though, and especially the 250 in a single day challenge.
