100 Pushups a Week Challenge

This topic is for people wanting to commit to doing 100 pushups a week.  They might be in the format of 25 per day for 4 days a week,  or 100 pushups one day a week.  The choice is yours.

The pushups in this challenge can be beginner pushups (sometimes called “girl pushups” where you start with your knees on the floor rather than your toes)

Set your goal here, and track your progress week by week

COOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL GONNA DO THIS TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can i ask this tho :?

I have no upper power,what i mean is i cant do chinups or dips not even one rep, yet i pushaed a transit van so fast the other day the technician didnt have time to steer it and crashed into workshop doors, also i can pick up and carry stuff that no one else can, is that my lower body doing it?????????

I'll do this! 100 pushups a week, girly ones for now. That's 14+ per day. Great challenge!
