Rob's Program InformationThe most important thing I'd like to impress upon anyone who's interested in my Total Health program is that it is excatly that, a Total Health program. It is not about weight loss, or weight gain, but those are both side effects of regeneration and becoming healthy. My program includes hundreds of organic whole foods designed to nourish every system of your body. Your body simply responds to the advanced nutritonal formulas and does what it wants to do best. I find that the products have a dramatic effect on me. I am calmed almost
instantly when I drink the teas at times of the day when I'm most frazzled.
I notice that my mood is consistently better, I am looking younger and my
complexion has improved. Over the year, I have been on and off the program
for various reasons, but after the third time back on, I acknowledge that
the foods are making a difference to my overall health. Without them, I
notice that I felt tired, my joints ached, I ate more, I was more prone to
smoke cigarrettes, I had more headaches and heartburn. Can you imagine that
I had to repeat this cycle three times before I was convinced the benefits
were coming from the whole food program? Where I was once skeptical, I am
now convinced, having unintentionally tested them on myself." I have been keeping a journal regarding my 'changes'. It's been eight days since starting and
most of it is subtle, however, very powerful. I feel like I'm moving mountains.
1) I drank espressos every morning for over 20 years - since last Monday,
I have not had one. The more important gain I have is that I no longer 'crave'
for it at any point during the day. This is huge. 2) My cravings for 'sweets'
has diminished. Refined sugar doesn't appeal anymore, I prefer naturally sweet
items, such as fruits, etc. 3) Energy Levels - have evened -out, I no longer
experience those highs & lows. 4) My sinuses are feeling a more normal -
no longer taking aspirin for sinus headaches anymore - they are dissipating. Oh,

When can I expect resultsThe most important thing I find about any program that I've ever followed is that consistency is definatly the key. People are always asking me "how long before I can expect results?". The answer lies within the body. Nutrition is instant. The body uses the nutrition as it sees fit. There is no way to predict how quickly the results will occur as we're each at different degrees of degeneration. We all have the same parts, but due to lifestyle and genetics, we degenerate at different rates. Once you introduce any nutritonal program, the body goes through it's list of priorities and deals with them as it sees fit. Once it's satisfied, then it moves through to what I call the "vanity" issue. Fat will come off, but only when the body realizes that life support issues have been dealt with and it's time to put energy into building lean muscle tissue. Becoming LeanThe act of becoming lean is also a priority of the body. Weight loss, or as I like to refer to it, Fat loss, is a side effect of a healthy body. The body knows that lean is best and fat loss is simply a result of the body having taken care of it's life support priorities and then having moved on to becoming lean (building muscle tissue). It's also important to know that organs are muscle too. Becoming lean also means becoming healthy. Geting StartedI find that the whole food formulas that I eat are a quick, easy and convenient way for me to supply my body with whole food nutrition throughout the day. I can carry them with me to work, to the gym, on holidays and can assure that I get the proper nutrition that I think my body deserves.
